First Steps in Music
Based on a curriculum created over a 20 year period by the early childhood expert, John Feierabend. These classes are designed to build a child's musical aptitude by preparing them to be "Tuneful", "Beatful" and "Artful". Students will connect with music through singing, instruments, movement and emotional response. This class draws from American Folk Music styles.
Teacher: Chuck Martin
Chuck has received his Kodaly teaching certification directly from John Feierabend at the Hart School of Music in Connecticut.
Ages: Children ages 3-6 years of age.
Cost: $120.00, Two Sibling discount: $200.00 for both Siblings.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6/3/14 - 6/23/14 (8 Classes)
Time: 10:00-10:45am
